Customer satisfaction is our highest priority at Seed in the Center. Every care has been exercised to ensure your purchase arrives safely and promptly. However, we realize sometimes products arrive damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not as it was intended. Please contact us immediately if your merchandise is defective or damaged in any way. If you see that an item incurred shipping damage, it will immediately need to be filed with the shipping carrier or it will need to be refused. For items that are defective, we will honor claims within three business days of receipt of merchandise. For refunds other than damage or defect, we will honor your request if we are contacted within 7 business days. However, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Funds will be refunded to the card from which payment was received. No refunds or exchanges on discontinued items.” Shipping: Items that you purchase will come from our warehouse here in South Carolina or from the manufacturer itself. For accessories, please allow 2-4 weeks, unless an order is backordered. If an order is backordered, you will immediately be notified and given options. For furniture, please allow 2-8 weeks.
